Good stay but room for improvement

Checked in late and the front desk girl was super sweet. My room was okay, but the air conditioning kinda freaked out and we baked for a bit. Snack bar was cool though! Also, saw a guy without a mask chilling near the lobby and that was sketchy. Overall, decent place but keep an eye on hygiene!

The stay was primarily for visiting family, and while the location was convenient, the hotel was in the midst of renovations which created quite a bit of noise. We initially encountered issues with cleanliness, especially in common areas, and there were some maintenance problems in our room. However, once we were moved to a newly renovated room, the experience improved significantly, and we appreciated the fresh accommodations. The friendly staff were a plus, though some appeared overwhelmed by the renovation chaos.

I enjoyed the clean King Room with Sofa Bed for my family getaway. The front desk staff, especially Mark, went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. However, the breakfast lacked variety on the weekend, making morning meals a challenge for my son. Plan ahead for dining.
